Braxhaven is the name of our acreage where we all live. It was named after our first Rottweiler " CH Elswicks My Lady Braxton. Mom & Dad set up this site to Share our pictures & information with other Rottweiler enthusiast. Currently Braxhaven does not breed Rottweilers. At this time our focus is on raising our dogs by being involved in various canine activities and sports and most importantly by learning from our experiences. Braxhaven dogs are raised on the "Barf Diet" (natural food). They are not over vaccinated. Vaccines are given only after titer testing. We follow vaccine protocols outlined by Dr. jean Dodds DVM. Dr. Dodds is a fantastic speaker and author. If ever the chance to hear her speak, you wont be disappointed. Our dogs are trained with positive reinforcement, corrections are given only when the dog fully understands what is expected of him. Training a dog by using corrections or compulsion is old school. It's not a method that works for every dog. Most of all Its not "fun" &ldots; It is far more rewarding to have achieved results when you and your dog had fun doing it. Braxhaven pooches are much loved members of our family, they have brought so much to our lives&ldots; Enjoy our site and please visit again!
