Note ~ As far as feeding raw food goes, I have
chosen to feed organic meet products from farms that are either
registered with the "BC Spca" or that I know farm
under Humane standards. I have been fortunate to be able
to get a supply of chicken and organ meets that fall under these circumstances.
Bobby "O has IBD and the organic chicken
vs. the commercial chicken has been like night and day regarding his
condition. Episodes of diarrhea have lessen considerably.
I have also found that the portions of chicken
have reduced, I had to make adjustments after being on 100% organic
chicken shortly after. For example If they received 1.5 chicken
backs a day they now receive only 1 as their hunger and nutrition
needs are met with less.
This outline is woking for me and my dogs.
I know a lot of happy heathly dogs that are being fed differently so
do your own homework and be willing to try new things...find what
works for you and your dog! |
